About Eight Days of Hope

Eight Days of Hope has traveled the country loving and serving families by helping them rebuild their homes for free after natural disasters!

Since Eight Days of Hope opened its first satellite location in Buffalo, we have grown to love this community and the people in it. Through meeting many citizens and visiting multiple neighborhoods, the need to help the local community cannot be ignored. We hope and pray we can be a glimpse of Jesus in Western New York through hosting an event to bring help and hope to those in need. 8DOH provides food and lodging. Just show up with a willing heart to serve! 8DOH will provide sleeping accommodations and will assign lodging when you arrive. Please be aware lodging is separated by gender and the two separate lodging locations for men and women are 15 minutes away from one another. The lodging locations are also 15 minutes away from the headquarters. Transportation between locations is not provided. Volunteers will need to bring air mattresses, cots, and/or sleeping bags. We will provide a safe place for you to sleep with shower trailers on site. Lodging will be provided at local churches/schools.
