Communications Coordinator

Reports to: Communications Director

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist all ministries in creating cohesive branding, designs, content, etc. for events as needed throughout the various campuses and ministries of Grace 
  • Schedule and assist in the planning for all Grace’s social media outlets.
  • Design sermon series or ministry graphics including weekly slides/outlines as directed by Communications Director
  • Assist with greeting walk-ins as needed
  • Assist Communications Director as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design, specifically within the Adobe Suite
  • College degree in Communications and/or Graphic Design preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience or basic knowledge of the Meta Business Suite
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Drive-upload & create documents, share files
