As we prepare to move into a newly renovated, larger space, we believe God is positioning us for significant growth and expanded gospel impact in the region. We’re looking for a Worship Director who is passionate about leading people into God’s presence and building thriving worship teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead worship in a dynamic multi-site church and influence future generations through creativity, leadership, and service. Position Summary The Worship Director will provide spiritual, musical, and organizational leadership for the Worship Arts ministry at our Brewster location. Working closely with the Campus Pastor and the Pastor of Worship (Berlin campus), the Worship Director will lead worship experiences, recruit and equip volunteer teams, and ensure excellent execution of all worship-related programming.
