Congratulations!

One of Grace's God Dreams is to be a church that builds strong marriages and healthy families in a world where divorce is common and families are fragmented. We want to set the foundation by helping you, as a couple, build a solid biblical foundation for your marriage. Our premarital counseling looks at the characteristics of the heart and provides couples time to understand each other better. We offer many resources to help you plan and execute your rehearsal and wedding.

*Please note, at this time wedding rentals are limited due to limited space, time, and resources and at least one of the persons being married must be a Grace Partner or regular attendee as we feel it is important to maintain a relationship with the couple before, during, and after the wedding process.

Holidays and Weddings

Scheduling a Wedding

  1. Complete the Wedding Registration form to indicate the day you want to have your wedding. You cannot schedule a wedding more than one year ahead of time and no less than three months from your desired date. Our wedding facilitator will contact you to confirm availability. Completing the form does not guarantee the date for your wedding. The date will only be held once a confirmation is received from the wedding facilitator.
  2. Once we confirm your desired date, the wedding facilitator will set up a meeting to discuss the church's policies.
  3. All couples must complete an approved premarital counseling course before marriage. We help you set this up in the meeting and cover the costs of the counseling.
  4. The rental contract and fee is due 6 weeks before the wedding date. The audio information is due at least 2 weeks before the wedding date.
  5. Acquire your marriage license and submit it to the pastor no later than the wedding rehearsal.
  6. One month prior to your wedding, our facilitator will contact you to discuss final details, including ceremony specifics, and to set up a meeting with the officiating pastor.
  7. You will meet with the officiating pastor to go over ceremony details.
  8. Each couple will have the two days prior to their wedding to set up, unless it interferes with ongoing ministry (ex. Wednesday Evening programming or Thursday evening worship rehearsal.)

Request A Pastor

  • If you want a pastor from Grace to officiate your wedding off-campus, complete and submit the Wedding Registration form.
  • You cannot schedule a pastor from Grace to perform your ceremony more than 1 year ahead of time and must request one no later than 3 months from your wedding date.
